Employers play a key role in helping this industry run smooth. With the creation of The Luxe Association, the Industry can now listen and act on today's employer requests. In the past, employers have spoken up, however at the time, no one was listening...

Back in 2009 a request was voiced by HUDD International. HUDD was speaking for the employers of this industry. They wrote...

As an industry, to listen, back in 2009, we would have needed to create what is called a " Self Governing Industry".  This is usually managed through an association. Back in 2009, the technology was not where it needed to be to react to HUDDs request. With today's technology and social media, we now have the capabilities to build an association where yesterday we did not. We can now listen and react to the future needs of the industry. We can react by developing programs to help employers maintain relationships and job placements with their employees. As an industry, we also need to act on educating employees by offering more education through associations.
